These terms are the agreement between you, the reader, and the operator of Guesoa Keittio, identified at the foot of this page. Opening or browsing any page of guesoa.com means you accept them. They are short and written to be read, so please do.

1. What this site is

Guesoa Keittio publishes recipes, cooking notes and food writing centered on Finnish home cooking. It is an editorial publication. Nothing on the site is offered for sale, and nothing on it should be read as a commercial offer of any kind.

2. Permission to read and cook

You are welcome to read the site, print recipes for your own kitchen, cook them, adapt them and share the results at your table. That permission is personal and non commercial. It does not include republishing our text or page designs elsewhere, whether on another website, in an app, in print or inside a dataset, without written consent first.

3. Ownership of the content

The written recipes, headnotes, descriptions, page layouts, the Guesoa Keittio name and the site's visual identity are the property of the operator or are used under license. A list of ingredients as such is not protected by copyright, but our written method, wording and presentation are. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine; lifting whole recipes is not.

4. Acceptable behaviour

When accessing the site you agree not to:

• probe, disrupt or overload the server or attempt to gain access to any non public part of it;
• scrape the site at scale or harvest its contents by automated means;
• frame the site or present its pages as your own work;
• use the site in any way that breaks an applicable law.

5. Recipes carry no promises

Cooking involves heat, sharp tools, raw ingredients and personal judgment. The recipes here are provided in good faith and tested with care, but they are provided as they stand, without warranties of any kind, and you follow them at your own discretion and risk. Please also read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

6. Limits of responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest degree permitted.

7. Third party destinations

Links that leave guesoa.com lead to sites we neither run nor monitor. Their content, accuracy and policies are their own responsibility, and a link here is not an endorsement.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site online continuously but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Pages, recipes and features may be edited, replaced or retired at any time without notice.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you visit is the version that applies to that visit.

10. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from the use of this site, are governed by the laws of Brazil, and any proceedings must be brought before the courts with jurisdiction over the operator's registered seat.
